    Membership Agreement (Terms of Use)

    This Membership Agreement is a legal contract between users who register with the Archtivy platform (“User”) and Archtivy (“Platform”). By registering, the User agrees to the following terms:

    1. Parties

    This agreement is between Archtivy and the individual who completes the registration form and creates a user account.

    2. Description of Service

    Archtivy is an interactive platform where designers and manufacturers can showcase their work, display it on a global map, and connect with others.

    3. Membership

    • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Only one account is allowed per person.
    • The platform reserves the right to reject or terminate any membership application.

    4. Membership Types

    • Designer: Can upload and share design projects.
    • Manufacturer: Can list products and company profiles.
    • Reader: Can browse content without contributing listings.

    5. Rules of Use

    • Users must comply with all applicable laws.
    • Spam, copyright infringement, misleading info, and offensive content are prohibited.
    • Fake map locations or impersonations are strictly forbidden.

    6. Initial Free Access

    Archtivy is completely free to use during its initial launch period. No fees will be charged for creating listings until the platform reaches a certain number of users. Users will be notified in advance before any payment systems are introduced.

    7. Termination

    • Users can delete their accounts at any time.
    • Archtivy may suspend or terminate any account that violates the terms.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    The platform is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from user-generated content.
