Realized by Studio ZAWA, the residence focuses on material harmony, natural light, and architectural clarity. The project explores spatial softness through clean lines and muted tones, creating a calm and contemplative living environment. It reflects a sensitive response to the site’s heritage while integrating contemporary living standards.

The design employs layered textures and tonal subtleties. The interplay of honed stone, warm wood, and minimal detailing enhances the home’s tranquil character. Built-in lighting and acoustic considerations complement the visual clarity of each space. Every room is intentionally shaped for comfort and simplicity, allowing the materials to speak for themselves.
