Positioned above the Tetherow Golf Course, the home is carefully oriented to capture panoramic views of the Cascade Mountains while offering privacy and a sense of shelter.

The design creates a powerful dialogue between interior and exterior through the use of expansive glass walls, dissolving boundaries and framing breathtaking vistas. A palette of concrete, steel, wood, and glass is skillfully balanced to deliver both warmth and modern sophistication. Dark exterior cladding contrasts with warm, light-toned interior wood finishes, enhancing the interplay of materials and textures.

At the heart of the home lies a great room, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, while extending onto covered outdoor living areas that invite year-round enjoyment. The architecture integrates deep roof overhangs that provide shade, support passive solar control, and improve energy efficiency, aligning with sustainable design principles.
